Information vs. Quality

                     Context

Learning with POP-UP screen experiences
Watch your informative world through the metaphor concept of being vegan vs. non-vegan. Combine the thinking about what and how we eat and how we react to all other information. For example, we all have different genetic and cultural traits. We should treat our bodies with respect and listen to what is needed by how each one of our bodies reacts. This is the same concept we should have as we are living in an information overload digital age. Food is an essential part of everyone’s life.

There are more people who do not know what vegans are exactly.
They often talk about inaccurate information about their veganism.

Facts
The complete protein contains all the amino acids your body NEEDS to help
maintain your metabolism.

If you do not plan your diet properly, you could miss out on essential nutrients,
such as calcium, iron, and vitamin B12.
